Who processes data

• GoHighLevel (forms/CRM), Mailgun (email sending), Genially (embedded presentation), our hosting/CDN, and analytics providers (Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster, etc.)

Retention

• We keep project and contact records for up to 18 months after your last activity, then delete or anonymize them unless the law requires longer.

Email choices

• You can unsubscribe from emails anytime. Service emails are necessary to deliver your order, but we’ll stop if you ask, however that initiates a closing of your account and a final invoice will be sent.
